WHAT PROGRAM ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?
Step One: Select which program you'd like to sign up for and purchase.
Step Two: Once payment is complete, register for the program by clicking Log In/Register and completing the fields.
Step Three: A confirmation email will be sent once approved, providing you with access to the BURN Unit Portal at the beginning of the month in which you signed up for.
BURN UNIT DETAILS
- This program is a monthly program that begins on APRIL 1-APRIL 30, 2021.
- You have the option to workout with me LIVE via Zoom (link provided upon registration) or to catch the RECORDED sessions immediately posted following the LIVE recording.
- Burn Unit does not automatically renew, you will need to commit every month if you wish to continue.

BU! Nutrition Program
Join the BU! Nutrition Program now for a self guided plan to transitioning your nutrition. If you're having issues with staying on track, refocusing after getting off for a while or simply needing a realistic approach to switching your nutrition habits, then this program is for you! Follow the steps and be able to receive custom advice from a Certified Nutrition Specialist. Changing doesn't have to be hard, it just needs to be consistent.
BU! FLEX
BU! Flex is a flexibility virtual fitness session that meets once per week! Join this Flexibility course for an intentional stretch session one time per week intended for muscle strengthening, tension release and movement fluidity. Live Classes take place on Monday's at 7:30am and are recorded for your personal review.
BU! STRENGTH
BU! Strength is a class designed to build upper body strength. This weekly session focuses on each muscle group in the upper extremity of your body. We work on arms, back and shoulders. Low on upper body strength? This class is specifically for you. Catch the LIVE Session on Wednesday's at 7:30am. All sessions are recorded and available for playback.
BU! BUNZ
BU! Bunz is a glute and leg training class that takes place once per week on Thursday's at 7:30am. All sessions are recorded and available for playback.
