Monday 7:30am
Wednesday: 7:30am
Thursday: 7:30am
Saturday: 9:00am 


LIVE Sessions are recorded and posted immediately following the workout, giving you brand new exercise regimens to complete at the convenience of your own time.

We use a variety of equipment in our workouts.  If you already have these items, GREAT! If you do not have these items, all exercises can be done without using any equipment. If you're new to the Burn Unit, pace yourself. I will always send a message (via text) on the equipment that we will use for the day. I have listed the equipment in order of what we use the most to the newest suggested item listed at the bottom. You do not have to purchase these exact brands, however I have purchased each of these items and give them a great review for sturdiness, durability and quality.
