How do you plan on transitioning your health? Is it in the gym, at home, on the computer or in the kitchen?
I dare you to verbalize EXACTLY what you want to manifest in your life in 2018! I used to slightly chuckle at those who set these UNrealistic goals EACH year and never accomplish them, but that's a negative mindset to have and now I'm that EXACT person setting these "over the moon" goals but who says that it can't be done? Dream BIG, dream WILD and get it done! For me, my goals are fairly simple, I just want to have a successfully STRESS FREE year and to commit to it! The worst thing for a woman to do is THINK and Lord knows, with these BIG eyes they get to wandering and I start thinking and thinking and THINKING!!! YIKES!
So the NEW ME will not be over thinking and will commit to soothing and stress relieving tactics to keep moving through my day. I will also commit to pressing a reset button during the day just to breathe.
I encourage you to set a goal and commit to it! Set life changing goals, things that will benefit your well being and MARRY that goal!
I think I need to make a pledge or something, but I want to be more consistent in life and that's exactly what I will do. Sooooooo I need everyone who reads this to hold me accountable! It's time to cut the calories with our favorite comfort foods! I love this season of cool mornings, leaves changing, fuzzy blankets and warm drinks to soothe the insides but BEWARE, this is a very dangerous season lol. Though this is one of my favorite times of the year, it's safe to say it's a love-hate relationship. This time of year encourages sweet treats, pumpkin spice and peppermint EVERYTHING, and hearty soups just like mama used to make, all promoting WEIGHT GAIN!!! In order to duck and dodge my food weaknesses and fall/winter cravings, I decided to do things a little different and cut back on as much sodium and sugar as possible, while still enjoying this seasons' finest treats and meals. Check out this Creamy Vegetarian White Chili as an example of what to eat and ways to cut out the excess carbs from heartier versions of this dish. Finding recipes to cut back the calories while snuggling up to keep warm, will be much appreciated when snapping back for the summer! If you stay ready, you won't have to get ready!
